She leads a team dedicated to ensuring Alight's enterprises thrive and prioritizes customer input from displaced communities to ensure their voices and experiences are guiding our work. In more than 20 countries, Sarah champions a vision of customer-led service and experience development, honoring the complexity of the displacement journey throughout.
Molly Henry is the Director of Talent & Seeking at Alight. For the past decade she has worked with Alight leaders in the US, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa to find, develop, and retain talent. She currently leads a globally dispersed team of HR Partners to unleash teams worldwide on strategic people initiatives that will help Alight live up to its promise. Molly began her career in the nonprofit sector in the greater Seattle area, later moving home to the Twin Cities in Minnesota. The common thread throughout her experience in direct service, resource development, volunteer management, and human resources has been a desire to support and accelerate the gifts and potential of others.
Dorothy Mavhiri is the Director of Global Operations at Alight, supporting executive directors across the countries where we serve. With over 25 years of experience in the development and humanitarian sectors, Dorothy has held various technical and leadership roles across Africa, Eastern Europe, and North America. Before joining Alight, she contributed her expertise to organizations such as World Vision, Australian Aid, the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, and the World Food Program.
Marion Wanyoike is the Director of Customer Insights at Alight, where she leads the organization in centering its efforts around its core customers—displaced communities. With over 14 years of experience in strategy, communications, and people leadership across Africa, Marion is a champion for co-creation, bringing together diverse perspectives to develop tools, resources, and practices that amplify empathy and insights. Prior to joining Alight, Marion served as the Managing Partner of EssenceMediacom Kenya, guiding over 30 multinational and local brands across Sub-Saharan Africa in integrated positioning excellence. A master facilitator and startup co-founder, she is passionate about supporting African startups and shaping purpose-driven strategies that create meaningful impact.
Mark White, Chief Financial Officer at Alight, has played a key role in the organization's ability to serve millions of displaced individuals. During his 14 years, White's leadership in finance, strategy, and IT has fueled Alight's financial growth and global reach, impacting over 4 million people in 20 countries annually. He has fostered a collaborative environment, promoting talent from within and overseeing a 40% revenue increase in 2023, with 87% directed towards programs. Mark's prior experience at Habitat for Humanity further bolstered his expertise in leading international humanitarian organizations.
Jocelyn Wyatt, CEO of Alight, leads a global team of over 2,300 members, leveraging her extensive strategic development expertise with a strong human-centered approach. Previously, as co-founder and CEO of IDEO.org, she drove collaborations with major global entities like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and Acumen, fostering a decade of impactful leadership. Jocelyn's influence extends to her roles as a founding board member of Airbnb.org, board member of IDEO.org, advisory board member of Marketplace, and founding member of Chief.
Zohra Zori, Chief Marketing & Engagement Officer at Alight, is a passionate leader with experience in marketing, communications, and social impact. Previously, she held leadership roles at Candid.org and Enactus.org, and her lifelong learning journey includes degrees from the University of North Florida and HEC Paris, as well as certifications in Executive Leadership and Racial Healing. Born in Afghanistan during the tumultuous Soviet invasion, Zohra's experiences with displacement have shaped her dedication to equity and her work with displaced communities.
